- Handling Time: 0 - 1 Business Day (Monday to Friday). Orders are verified, packed, and dispatched from our facility within 24 hours of placement during business days.
- Transit Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times may vary slightly based on destination proximity within the United States.
3. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a secure link to track your order in real-time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.
4. Address Modifications & Delivery Failures
- Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We can only modify shipping details if the order has not been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@vokuran.com for any urgent changes.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is rejected, the customer may be held responsible for costs associated with re-shipping.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates that the package has been lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately. We will launch an investigation with the courier and resolve the issue by arranging a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
