We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have exactly 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Return Fee: Returns are  Free. There are no restocking fees, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email once your return is approved.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase matching your order details.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@vokuran.com with your Order Number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Print the prepaid label, affix it securely to the package, and drop it off at the designated courier location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours. We will evaluate the issue immediately and provide an expedited replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Inspection: Once your return package is received at our facility, our team will inspect the items within 2-3 business days to ensure eligibility.
  • Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
  • Refund Execution: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
