  • International Conversions: If your underlying credit card or financial account is issued outside the United States or anchored to a non-USD domestic currency, your issuing bank may apply independent foreign exchange conversion rates or cross-border fees. Vokuran is not liable for, nor does it collect, these independent institutional bank tariffs.
